Today, Suzanne from the Crow Museum visited our classroom to teach us a new YOGA pose and to talk about landscapes. She focused on a beautiful painting with Water (since we are studying water!)
The children learned the Eagle Pose and then worked in groups to make their own landscape (nature) artwork!

FIELD STUDY -- CROW MUSEUM
The Manara Academy Kindergarten has been very lucky to have a partnership this year with the Crow Museum. They have provided us with a wonderful addition to our curriculum this year -- Yoga and Art. We do many of the yoga poses during morning meeting and also have studied some wonderful pieces of art.
