I am originally from Indiana and have lived in Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, and Texas. This is my 13th year teaching. I have taught Special Ed Pre-School, 3rd Grade and Kindergarten. I am also a children's author. I have four books published and my fifth book is currently in production and should be released in June, 2015. All of my books are currently being translated into Spanish! I am married and have one daughter who is married and lives in Virginia. I also have two dogs, Muffin and Shadow. I love gardening, reading, writing, playing with the dogs, and Starbucks Coffee!
